what would be the best string and cable to put on my outback?

There are many good strings on the market. On these boards their is a guy that goes by Gibblet, he makes Bucknasty strings. I have never used them but have read many good things about them and when I get my new bow it will be wearing Bucknasty strings and cables. And sometimes its nice to support the little guy.

I've had winners choice and for the price I will use BuckNasty's from now on. John makes some awesome strings so just drop him a pm.

150lb spider wire braided with bailing twine works for me.

Its ashame that you paid 100$+ for a string that isnt even as good at Gibblets...at DOUBLE the price!

Gibblets strings (aka Bucknasty Strings) are incredible. I have bought four sets in the last year, and all have been top of the line incredible!

Go with Gibblet, you wont be disappointed.:eek:

Hey Gibblet,
I just speak the truth..your strings are awesome, and you pay attention to details that other string makers do no.
For example, you have a remedy for the Matthews and Vectrix problem with serving seperation near the cam rollover point...who the heck knows is Winners Choice is aware of this...or even cares. You are willing to give each string you PERSONAL attention, which is important.
The major factories I imagine they just punch in some numbers and call it good...
Well, their good is NOT good enough for me, so keep a servin'!!!!
