I will still spend the extra ten dollars on the best equipment out there . To each their own, I like things exact not close.

yea...i understand[8D]...but sometimes its better not to concern yourself with so many things when trying to shoot....its best to have a clear head, get back to the basics,and focus 110% on the task at hand...

perfect the obvious things first....then worry about 3 grains....
unless youve perfected the major factors in shooting accurate...3 grains means nothing.

If you are buying a scale then I'm thinking you want to know EXACTLY what something weighs. I don't see the point in buying a scale that has a 3 grain variance.

i dont own a scale...it doesnt concern me at all....i have enuff to worry about while hunting/shooting than my arrows not being the exact same weight...
i know the point of a accurate scale....but +/- 1.5 grains isnt going to make a noticable difference in your arrow flight! so why concern yourself with it???....i think sometimes guys tend to overthink something thats as primative as shooting a bow or hunting.... whether your bow is the newest tech advancement or not...archery is still a very primal beast.

That is fine for you Alpha , but there are those of us out there that dont mind spending the time to make sure everything is to our liking. I say if you are going to buy something buy the best that you can afford not how cheap you can get by for the sake of a few dollars. That is the reason I bought the "Little Jon" bowstring jig even though I already owned a Yellowstone jig. The Little Jon was head and shoulders above it but wasnt available when I bought the Yellowstone a few years back.
