RE: Questiions about making a bow silent

Arthur, I thought that might be it. I am aware of how tiller worked and it's usefulness, just didn't know if one limb having more stress while another had less, meant more vibration or not. I mess with tiller all the time, and truthfully haven't noticed it having an effect on vibration, at least not on the last few compounds I've owned. I'm guessing it's another one of those areas where only a small improvement will be seen unless the limbs are adjusted extremely different from each other.

I have shot those longbows that jar your bones. So, that could be a tiller issue - good to know.

Check out the brain on Auther [plup fiction quote] , man I may have to archive that post , excelent stuff , seems like it would help with a clean release , and letting down allso .

To help silence the bow , shooting a heavyer arrow is going to do wounders for you , you are pretty lite , and sometimes just 25 grains makes a big diference ,make sure your sight is tight and close to the risor allso , they are natorious for makeing noise
