Shoot thru screens W/ mechanicals?

I was just wondering. Can I shoot through the screens in my blind with mechanichal broads? I use the grim reaper 100 so I have the option of opening them up before the shot if nescessary. Any thoughts?

Some do, some don't. As long as they have a retention ring and do NOT have the big "L" arms, they work fine.
