Paper Tuning a bow --HOW ?

Can someone please tell me the how to's of paper tuning a bow. What size the square needs to be, how far away to set the frame, proper technique, basically everything. I know it isasking a lot but I have no idea how, and what to look for after the shot. I live in a small town with no "real" pro shop , no range or anything, so I learn and then try it at home. I am starting from scratch here. Thanks for any and all help.

Thanks for the link. That explained a lot. Now I just need to be able to relate these things to what I see on paper. I appreciate the help.
