Define custom arrows, are you refering to wooden ones such as traditional, if so, the traditional forum is your best bet however,

If you talking simply fletch and cresting, then perhaps check out the classifieds or someone here might be able to help you. I don't recall anyone here doing it for sale. I could be wrong, I was a couple times this year already. ;)

There is a place called Gravel Ridge Archery ((989)352-1000) somewhere in Michigan. The guy goes by the name "Michigander" over on archery talk. He does hand dipped and crested arrows. They are not cheap, but they are just plain beautiful.
