Jennings t-master F.P.S.?

I pull 70lbs. at 28inch draw.I shoot beman ICS 400 arrows that are cut down to 26inches,because of 3D rover arrow rest.Kinda like a overdraw.I shoot 100Gr. points.The average IBO is 314FPS.That was saidon a website.Do you think I will be over or under that?
