How do you serve a bow string? Any diagrams would be appreciated. Thanks

You can probably find a few more by doing a google search. I use the same serving jig that the first link shows. You can probably do one without the jig, but it's a LOT easier with it.

Not for me, I can tell you that. After you do a few you'd be surpised how easy it actually is. My 11 year old son actually made his own string (flemish twist) and served it himself this past weekend.

qzq38b, what are you having problems with? The ending knot (see below)? The biggest "trick" in doing a serving is getting the right tension on the spool.
