Wac'em Broadhead Feedback...THANKS!!

I got me a pack of the new Triton 100gr. and I am very impressed with how sharp they are out of the package and how well they fly. It has been several years since I have even tried out a fixed blade but I am thinking I might give these heads a try this season.

The first test will be on bear in a few weeks and I am looking for some feedback or experiences some might have had with these heads while hunting.

I just want to reassure myself they will perform like I hope. I sure don't want to travel 1100 miles to find out I made the wrong decision.

Thanks in advance folks!!!

ok, first of all this is only a story a guy told me so take it as that. Second, I think this guy was an idiot for taking this shot. He told me he shot a doe, bedded down facing him at 19 yds and the arrow went through the brisket and exited out the ham. He said the arrow was laying on the ground about 10 ft behind her. I am also wanting to try them, not because of this guys story, but I heard they fly great. I never could get my muzzy's to fly that good. By the way this guy said the doe only went about 20 yds...

Thats not a bad shot. I've shot plenty of deer through the brisket laying down. Its the best shot when sneaking up on them in the corn. Just lean out and zip them right through the brisket, hasn't failed me yet.

I use the 100gr Wac ems, these heads fly straight, awsome penetration.
I will be useing these heads this year also, you will not be disapointed.

I agree, these heads are incredible!!! I have shot the same blades about 20 times into a block 4X4 and they're still taking hair off my arm! I have 9 all set up on 9 arrows and they all hit dead nuts and group with my field points without any changes in my bow. I just have to install new blades on all of them and I am in business. I've never been so impressed with a fixed blade before. A friend of mine has taken a few bears all over 350 pounds with them and had no problems and every single one was a complete pass through. None have gone over 40 yards. He's gotten a few pope and youngs with them. He has also taken countless deer and an elk and had all pass throughs. I can't wait to try them on a bear next week and then hopefully a couple of deer. Awesome head, I recommend that if you are having tuning problems, give them a try!!!
