Cock vane goes up or down on a WB?
 

Ok, I've been to two different bow shops and been given conflicting information. When using a WB QS, does the cock vane go up or down?

The cock vane goes up so the other two vanes straddle the black support brissels.

What we've found is that normally it doens't matter. The only exception to that is if the cock vane down is hitting the bracket the buscuit attaches to. Shoot cock up and there will be no worries.

Up or to the side works.

As long as the fletching does not base thru the darker whiskers, it doesn't matter.

The cock vane needs to be up. The black bristles are stiffer than the brown ones and if a vane goes through the black ones it will cause some deflection. This will be more noticible with taller stiffer vanes like Blazers.

It makes absolutely no difference, you can shoot them at any angle you want and they will still shoot the same. try experimenting.

I pay no attention to mine and they shoot great where ever.
