I've been looking at the Ross bows myself and they seem to run about $100 less than a comparable top-of-the-line bow from the other guys. Seems to be a good value.

I've had my eye on the Ross line every since they came out and theydo indeedlook to be a very nice bow. The only negative thing i've ever read or heard about them was the speed issue but that isn't an issue at all with me.I would love toown a Ross CR334 to go along with my 04 Liberty. Problem is thatthe closest Ross dealer to me here in NCis about 200 miles away and thats just to far to drive. Hopefully someone closer will pick up the ross line because ihave the CR334 on my Christmas wish list. Imay just hold offthough and see what they do for 07butmy next bow purchase will definately be a Ross if i can get my hands on one.

Jeffb a member heredid a very good review on the Ross bow a while back. The pictures are no longer there but it's a good read. Here's the link.

RE: Ross

i personally like the cr331 and if they could find a way to pick up 10 or so fps itd be my next bow for sure, itd also be nice if theyd come out with a hybrid cam.I also have the problem with no dealer being near me, itd be nice if huntersfriend or somewhere like thatr would start carrying them so you can order them like that

Ross is a good choice and very reasonable price. You can't go wrong.

RE: Ross

I've heard RUMORS that Ross is coming out with a new cam that will put out 320fps--and if they do they will sell a boat load in '07!

RE: Ross

I've said before, if Ross comes out w/ a hybrid cam, I'll own one. I've heard that rumor, as well. I hope so. That's really their only negative. They don't hold the speeds of some others.

Do you have anyone that lives close to a dealer that could purchase for you and send it to ya'?

The owner lives up the street from me, just let me know which one you want. I'm sure he can do a credit card over the phone.
