Default ? for Bowtech shooters

My string silencers on my Tribute need replaced just curious if everyone replaces them with factory Bowtech silencers or do you use string leeches or something else that lasts longer thanks for the help.

I found on my Allegiance, that the factory silencers do not hold up to alot of shooting. The aftermarket silencers last a little over 2 months for me. Thinking of buying a STS to save on replacemnts.

My factory silencers have lasted for a summer of shooting. If they keep holding up this well, I'll probably get OEM replacements, as I believe they work at least as well as the countless string leaches I've went through on other bows.

Mine are holding up very well on my '06 bows. Last year, IMO they were less durable than the current ones.

Mine lasted not even a month (factory) I feel this is one thing Bowtech should address in their next lineup of bows, they should last longer than that in my opinion. I put on cat whiskers.

Yeah, for some reason my last 3 bowtechs including my Tribute's string silencers don't last for crap. Maybe 200 or so shots?
And before we jump on the "my arrows are too light" bandwagon I'm shooting 385 grains on my 61# (6.31GPP) bow and 405 grains on my 65# bow (6.23gpp).
Maybe they can't stand the Texas heat?

I've went to the STS to eliminate this issue, but wonder if the bowJax really work as advertised. I'm thinking the zip-tie models should stay on longer than the slide on the string ones.

The silencer near the top limb on my Defender didn't last 100 shots. The bottom one lasted about 600 shots. The other two are still going strong. I wonder if it has to do with where they are located on the string?
I replaced mine with a string leaches and they're holding up fine.
