Switchback Question

I know that this has been talked about quite a bit but I am contemplating swapping my switchback for the switchback xt. This may be crazy though is there enough of a difference in the two to swap. I really like my switchback I have and was wondering if anyone has shot the standard switchback right next to the XT and saw a difference. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

RE: Switchback Question

I have shot both considerably. They both are nice bows. At your 28.5" it is a toss up I think. For me, with a switchback I get a bit better of a string angle for my long draw length than an XT, for you I don't think this will matter much. The XT is a bit quieter and has 1/2" extra brace height. If it is a hunting only bow, I would probably get an XT, if you plan to get serious about 3D or other competition I would get the regular switchback.
