RE: Cobra Sidewinder Problem
i don't know about cobra's, but i think trophy ridge sights now come with super glue. Hmmm, guess I will find out soon, two of my buddies just bought Trophy Ridge sights. Glad I bought a Viper. |
RE: Cobra Sidewinder Problem
I'll say one thing right now.....If I EVER am reading over the packaging a piece of archery equipment comes in, especially sights... and it reads "Super Glue included...." NO WAY I BUY IT!!!!!
Admitedly I've not bought TR sights, but I just can't see that being accurate..... |
RE: Cobra Sidewinder Problem
it was a joke because i had one that i had to superglue in place, and this is after crushing thewindage block by trying to tighten it down as it kept on sliding. actually, their customer service was great with me. they sent me new parts. i installed them and immediately sold the $100 sight to my nieghbor for $20. he knew beforehand what i'd been thru with it.

RE: Cobra Sidewinder Problem
Get rid of the thumb tightener and go with a allen wrench to tighten it down and your problem will be solved. Everyone that I know that had one had the same problem and they fixed it by going with the allen wrench to tighten it down .

RE: Cobra Sidewinder Problem
MY TROPHY RIDGE DID THE SAME THANG UNTIL I USED A ALLEN WRENCH ON THEM.
