Default paint came off bow?

I have a 2004 PSE NOVA with limbsavers on it. A while back the lower limb saver popped off, so I though I would superglue it back on, well that held for about 200 more shots then it came off too, taking the paint with it!!! I can see the fiberglass with the transparent coating on it on the bow and it doesn't appear to be cracked at all but I am just wondering if it is safe to shoot? I don't want an arm full of fiberglass. There is some paint on the limbsaver that popped off nothing else. Thanks for advice.

Not at all ,I had the same prob with my Hoyt MagnaTec 2 years ago and have had no probs yet.I think as long as you still see the gelcoat and don't see any fibers your gonna be ok

Lesson learned........ Never use super glue to put a limb saver back on your limbs cause it will take paint with them every time and usually leaves chunks of super glue on your limbs that you gotta scrape off to get a new limb saver to stick.

Your bow should be perfectly safe to shoot. It just doesn't look as good any more.

Come to think of it,I stripped the camo off that Hoyt last year and after i was done i found a small number of fibers sticking out.I have shot this bow quite a few times without incident.I realize that this is probably not the safest thing to do,but it was such a small amount of fiber that still find it safe to shoot.Let the firing squad commence.

take a can of spray paint or model paint and touch it up using a touch up brush or a match.
