S-COIL

Does anybody shoot with this stabilizer.......How does it work? I hear good things about it and just wanted to hear your input on this before I purchase one.

I also hear really good things about but, it's not the one I chose for my new setup more than anything, it's shortness. I've heard better things about the Fuse Axium so I went with it.

I put one on my son's bow, its ok. Sims has a newer S Coil stabilizer thats longer and heavier......looks good.

Listen up pal, thats a mighty fine stablizer. If you got some spare time on ur hands look at the Modular Stabilizer made by the same company. For a little extra bucks you can get a mighty fine stabilizer!

IMHO, it's every bit as good as a Doinker. They just plain take the vibration away.

RE: S-COIL

YEs....Id have to agree with you mobow doinker does make a very reliable and shock free stabilizer

I replaced my doinker with one and niether gained or lost any of the sound & shock absorbing effects. The S-coil stayed on the bow because it simply looks better. I hate that limp dong look of the doinker[:'(]

I have a SIMS modular stabilizer. I like it, don't know if it was worth the extra $$$$. I wish it was a bit longer to add a bit of forward weight. I could add another modual, but not for another $30 (or whatever the signle unit is). I was going to add an s-coil to the end of the mod stabilizer, but the guy at Cabelas said it wouldn't be worth it.

RE: S-COIL

If you are looking to take vibration out without adding much weight, there's nothing better IMHO....plus it's inexpensive (not cheap)......

RE: S-COIL

It does help my son's Mathews stop some noise and vibration, but for providing balance and stopping hand shock.......by itself its not going to do the job.
