Actually I think what has helped me the most is three different books:
Lanny Basham's With Winning In Mind
Bernie Pellerite's Idiot Proof Archery
Larry Wise's Core Archery

I don't agree with everything in Bernie's book, but overall is a very good source of information. I think my shooting style is mish-mosh of these three books. I think they all helped my in some sorts.

Tried that, man what a mistake for me. I had a heck of a time shooting like this. I shoot MUCH better with a plain black dot just large enough to cover the entire 10 ring. Honestly, what is holding me back right now is the really really minor stuff, as well as the self discipline. Next week I am going to focus on making sure I let down when it doesn't feel right. Don't think I will keep score next week, just shooting to make sure it feels right, and if not letting down. I can fix the self discipline on my own which I think will easily get me above the 445 average, and then will probably start seeing a coach (Don Howard) to help me step into the next level from there and hopefully lay down a 450 before the end of the season.
