NAP Fallaway rest
 

Has anyone seen or shot the new NAP Quicktune Smartrest. I'm
quessing there is no way to get one of these rests yet as I can't
find it ANYWHERE. Could someone tell me where you can get this
rest. Would love to try it on my new SwitchBack XT.

If you're putting it on the XT, I've heard GREAT things about the new Mathews convertible HD rest when used as a drop away... plus, it's got a little harmonic dampener built in so it matches all the other gazillion dampeners already on that bow! :D

The NAP SmartRest won't be out for another 2-3 weeks yet. Believe me, I've been trying to get my hands on one as well.

You can go to www.newarchery.com and download some of the slow motion video of the rest in action with 3 different drop speeds. Looks pretty impressive to me. I plan on trying it out as soo as I can get one.

you know what they need to put on the drop aways or invent is a magnet that holds alumminum arrows on before drawn....justa thought

Justin, if you get one give us a review ASAP. I like my QAD but was thinking of trying a Muzzy just because I have never tried a Muzzy. If the NAP Smartrest is as adjustable as NAP says it is.......it looks to be a great rest.

I should (crossing my fingers here) have a SmartRest in about 2 weeks according to the fine folks over at NAP. I will let you know how it works out for me when I get it.

If you are really anxious to get one you can purchase the exact same rest relabeled and repackaged as a Hoyt dropaway rest with their logo and bracket on it. It even has the NAP SmartRest sticker on it, but I just couldn't bring myself to put one on my Allegiance. It would be like putting a Chevy emblem on my F150. :D

Beautiful, brandnew Switchback XT. Anyway I am very
anxious to get this rest could you tell if the fine folks over at
NAP told you where you could purchase this in 2 weeks ?

I got a Smartrest when I bought my Trykon (about a month ago).The dealer set it up but, except for a dropspeed adjustment, it's the same set-up as the Quicktune 4000. So far I really like it. Very quiet!
