Another bunch of Limbsaver questions!
First, can you remove a set of limbsavers (the stick on ones) and expect to get the same type of performance when you put them on another set of limbs?
I bought a new bow and had to take the limbs in for repair less than a week later. The guy at the shop used a razor blade to remove the limbsavers stuck them onto wax paper and then stuck them on my new limbs. Has anyone done this before?
Of course it looks like he must have slipped or something because now the rubber is seperating from the adhesive! Almost as if it had been cut with a blade or is this what they do when they a kaput.
SVL tech anything to add?
Oh yeah I almost forgot when I pointed out the seperation the guy at the shop told me I can use super glue to help keep the rubber attached to the addhesive "tape". It all just doesn't seem right to me.
Thanks for any input,
Kirk

RE: Another bunch of Limbsaver questions!
your limbsavers should work just fine
However I would not opt for the superglue on the limb, however I had done this with no Ill side affects on one and it held just fine for awhile then it came off.
Call or email LSV and ask them for some of there extra stick on pads I'm sure they will send them to you with out any problem.
They might even replace them for you if you were to ask

Notaveg,
Bless your heart. You're having all kinds of problem with your new bow, huh? Hopefully your local archery shop(not the megaretailer) will help you too.
Good luck.
