Which Arrow Fletcher?

I was looking at purchasing a one uparrow fletcher, but I don't know which one to buy. I was looking at Cabela's, and they have four different types in there. Was wondering what everybody uses and what you suggest to purchase. I was also wondering, which helical to buy. Straight, Left, Right? Thanks for the input.

I just picked up a Bitzenburger...right Helical clamp. IMO this is the
best clamp on the market. Bullet proof and solid as a rock. IMO right helical
is important for proper rotation and stabilization. You might see a few less
FPS on the crono but not enough to make a difference. JMO. Good luck to ya.

i've been using a grayling for years. its a plastic version of the bitz and about half the price. i like the right helical also.

The Bitz is the best jig out there but as mentioned, the Grayling is the plastic version. However, a quality jig will last a lifetime so why not spend the little extra now. Good luck and good shootin'

I use a Bitz. Simple and no doubt good for a lifetime. A plastic one of the same design would also likely perform exactly the same as there is really no stress at all on the jig itself so strength is no big deal. Ahh , buy a Bitz.

I have the grayling and the only bad thing is when i get a glue buildup on the clamp its a pain to scrape the residue off the plastic without gouging it up. I have a right helical and a straight clamp. you can also do offsets easily with the bitz and grayling

Bitz is built for a lifetime. So I bought one used... Same quality for a lot less.

hey sharkey, rub some bowstring wax on your clamp and the glue won't stick anymore.

I knew there had to be a easier way. Appreciate the info.
