Carolina Archery Foxfire
Anyone have an opinion on these sights?

RE: Carolina Archery Foxfire
I posted this before so I copied it. I have one and I like it.
The one thing I did find is that the Carolina Foxfire TP sight while very easy to adjust and sight in, the windage locking nut tended to come loose. It's a knarledthumb nutand it has ahole drilled in it.I strongly recommenedusing an allen wrenchin the hole(asI'm sure that's why it's there)to getbetter leverage to tighten the nut. I tightened it as hard as I could with my fingers but itwas loose after about 10 shots. Aftercinching it down with the allen wrench it stayed put. Thelittle set nuts for the actual pinsstayed tight with just finger pressure but the elevation and windage nutsneed to be torqued with the allen wrench (or some other kind of small rod) after it's sighted in. Other than that I wasimpressed with the sight and how easy it was to get a good target acquisition with it. |

Good sights. Very visible, strong and light weight.
