Fletching jig?
So I have been thinking about switching to quickspin vanes and fletching my own arrows. However, I was wondering if there are any clearance issues with that little kicker on the vanes and the fletching jig? Do they fit right in the jig like normal vanes? I have been hearing a lot about them lately and think I want to give them a try!!!

RE: Fletching jig?
Good question. I haven't fletched any Quickspins yet but would have a hard time believing that they would make a fletching that wouldn't fit in most conventional jigs. My BPE pro model shouldn't pose a problem as it uses a clamp to attach the fletching. However, the Arizona EZ fletch might have a problem considering how you insert the vanes into the arms.

Those were my thoughts as well!

RE: Fletching jig?
i don't kow about typical jigs, but the arizona ez fletch requires a bit of a touch when removing the arms from the fletchings so you don't remove the vanes.

RE: Fletching jig?
I've fletched them using my Jo-Jan jig and have had no problems. But mine also uses a spring clamp similar to other jig designs.

RE: Fletching jig?
They work fine in my Bitzenburger jig. I've put a lot of them on and no problems. I wondered the same thing when I got them but it isn't an issue.
