Any tricks to enlarging a Biscuit hole?
I recently acquired a new B2 medium biscuit and it seems to hug the shaft (beman ICS 340’s) a little tighter than I’d like.
I know in the past people have made their biscuits quieter by running some sand paper through the hole and softening the bristles.
Is there any trick out there for making the hole larger than it comes from the factory??
I’m thinking 200-> 400 grit sand wrapped around something small (pencil) and then placed into the chuck of my 2500 rpm Dewalt drill and see what happens.
Any thoughts on this??

As for quieting the bristles, I've never had that problem, but I've never shot Bemans. I could see bending the bristles out and rubbing them with sand paper or a file to fray them a little as possibly helping.

Your right about the bemans, they slide through silently.
The regular carbons and older goltips on the other hand[:'(]. SCREEECH!

Glue a wrap of sand paper (about 100 - 120 grit) around a wooden dowel in a slightly larger diameter than you want and stick it in a drill. Run it in the hole until you get the size you want.

If that is your desire why not glue a wrap of 200-400 grit paper to your arrow shaft and shoot it a few times ?
Myself I'd just use diffrent arrow shafts

It should have two small allen screws on the back somewhere that lets you open the hole up some, not alot, but probably more than enough.Check the packaging or their website.
