try using a hole punch? I know office max sells them in several sizes, and if they go through coffe cans, im sure they will go through the biscuit fibers.

Just shoot more! My biscuit was pretty snug when I first got my 340's , after shooting through the summer the fit was perfect.

No need to bother with sandpaper or punches. Just take the biscuit out and spread it apart with your fingers, then place it back in the holder.

Thanks for the responses so far.

I tried the sand paper trick and might have opened it up a tiny bit, but not too sure.
I'll do the spread it apart trick next.
New arrows? I probably need them, but at$70.00 a dozen I'd be better off just buying the next disc up.

My next problem is noise. Not on the draw, but on the shot.

I think I'll start a new thread so it doesn't get accidentaly skipped.
