Carbon Express CX EDGE

Does anyone have any feedback on the EDGE arrows. Any problems with fletching? I'm thinking of trying out the 250's.

RE: Carbon Express CX EDGE

I have a Dozen I am playing with now. I have not shot them much but the fletched up nicely and the straightness and consistancy seem to be about typical for most carbon arrows. They were slightly better than the CX Term selects but no where near as good as an ACC. It will take a month or more to really see how they do though.

Thanks 5shot! The fletching was my first concern. My second concern was contact with shoot through rests , or too much play using the whisker biscuit , considering their small diameter. I've never shot any of the small diameter arrows , so feedback from everyone would be helpful.

I put 4 3" feathers on mine and am shooting them through a Whisker biscuit. The bow tuned up nicely and they seem to be grouping fine with field points. Like I said though only time will tell if they turn out to be good shafts or not. I wouls suspect that they will be at least as good as the Axis shafts.

Question about Carbon Express Terminator Hunters

I shoot a BuckMaster 2000.I have a 29" draw,with a 52 lb pull.Cabela's say the arrowsweigh 9.5gpi.
I shoot Muzzy 100 grain broadheads and only hunt Whitetail deer.
I bought the arrows at WalMart when they were on sale,$2.00 each. They have a 4 degree helical on the vanes.
I like the BuffTuff finish on them .I tore up my Gold Tips practicing. These are holding up alot better but I'm thinking they may be too heavy for the bow I use.
Do you think they are too heavy for my bow?
Would you go with feathers?
How about a smaller broadhead or expanable blades?
I don't have a local pro shop to go to or I would be giving them my buisness.
Thanks for your opinion.

RE: Question about Carbon Express Terminator Hunters

I haven't had any trouble with the cx arrows. They fletch up nicely and are very durable. I've tried various otherarrows. They cost a bit more than others I've used, but they are worth the few extra bucks....
