Archery Talk has a tuning forum - occasionally some good information, but a lot of eroneous information also.

Go to eastonarchery.com and click on downloads. Download the tuning guide. It is a very good guide.

Go to www.huntersfriend.com . Click on custom arrows and at the top of the page click on the chapters. I used a combination of this one and Bojackson. Hope this helps.
