adjusting tension on quicktune 1000

I've looked for anwers but haven't found any yet. How much tension should be on a quick tune 1000 rest? I've been told no more than necessary to support the arrow at full draw--others have suggested the adjustment is not critical if you are getting good arrow flight. What is the correct answer. I'm not sure I see a difference. The bow is a martin jaguar set at 45lbs shooting 3355 arrows with a release and string loop. Thanks in advance.

RE: adjusting tension on quicktune 1000

I've adjusted mine in the past with enough tension to support the arrow at full draw. What you need to be aware of is having enough tension when drawing. Make sure the rest doesn't collapse during the draw. There can be enough tension at full draw, but too little during the draw.
