Peep Sight Alternatives
 

I was just out shooting for the 1st time since the deer season ended. I've decided that the traditional peep sight Im using has to go. It never bothered me before, but now it always seems like the string obstructs my vision.

So, what would you guys suggest for a change? I was on the Cabelas website and it looks like there are some new types of peeps that would elminate the string problem. Or, should I consider a sight tube? I was always afraid a tube would make the bow noisy.

Any input would be helpful. Thanks!

Duckmastor,give the No-Peep a try,completly gets rid of the peep and everything to do with it off your string.
I would personally stay away from the tubes,they are heavy,loosing almost 10 FPS off your arrow speed and if it breaks while at full draw,could,hit you in the eye ;)
If you are still dead serious about the peep,then give the Fletcher a try:)

get rid of the peep and like mentioned above and get the no-peep or use no peep at all. I got rid of my peep and just use a kisser button and love it. I was less accurate for the first few times out but after some practice I was just as accurate as I was with the peep on. Also as metioned above do not use rubber tubing I had it for a very short time it did make a snaping sound when I shot and the reason I got rid of it is beacuse it snapped and luckily it hit my hat beak and not my eye/face.

I have been playing with the No-Peep recently and I have to give it very high marks! I consider it plenty accurate for hunting and a great training aid also. I will find out how durable it is this fall in the mountains.
