I don't think those arrows are that accurate on real actual weight. My Pro 22's weigh in at 379 grains with 3x white plastifletches, gold tip pro 22 inserts, and the GT lock nocks. They are cut to 28".

GT pro's 28.5 with 3 4" vanes and a 100 head is where I'm at right now. I have had very good results with the same shaft and 3 4" gateway feathers and a 85 head but not as good. I've gotten just as good of results with GT hunter shafts 5" vanes and a 100 head as the pro's with feathers. The shaft as it is now is around 404.

If you can, do yourself a favor and make your own. I do 1 or 2 at a time until I settle on one. When you do find the best just strip the others and make them all the same.

Polcat.. where do you get your weights.. cuz I think you left something out?

To get total weight you'll need to add the weights of the:
shaft
insert
point
nock
fletching

From what I can tell you're about 20-30 on the light side.. which is about what 3 vanes would weight.

My 28" 7595s weigh right at 400 gr w/ 100 gr point, GT nock, 3 4" feathers and a wrap.

Kbacon im getting all the info stratight from goldtips web sight utilizing their build your custom arrow section, i keep miss matching components till i get the foc nearest to 10% as possible, they recomend 8%-12% foc.and im trying to get the best arrow for under 400 grains with BH, to keep speed up, the arrows i shoot now weigh in around 500grains and seam to fly slow to me.

My choice would be the 7595s. The 22 is a fat shaft. I feel the smaller diameter arrows will penetrate better.

Polkat that's why I posted the above.. so that you could see what one of these arrows really weighs.

My GT 7595's (which I don't shoot now) are 386 grains with 3 4" Plastifletches, 100 grain point, insert, and GT nocks. They are 27" from insert to nock of the throat.
