pic not supported

What does it mean when you try to upload a pic and it says it's not supported? Then how do you support it? I don't know much about computers so if you could please spell it out to me....Thank you...Jim

The only picture formats that are supported by our uploading software are .jpg and .gif. If you are trying to upload a .bmp or a .tiff or any other sort of graphic, it won't work. Your best bet is to get a free image converter, and save all your photos are .jpg's. They are the simplest and more universal form of a photograph used on the web today.
