Trying to reply to a post?

I am trying to reply to a guys post in the turkey hunting forum and It won't let me post my reply. It's saying I don't have the authority or something and something about an admin. Can y'all please let me know what's going on with it? I enjoy the forum and I would really like to continue to use it. Thanks and Semper Fi guys.
