picture next to name

How do you get a picture next to your name? lots of people got em i just cant figure out how to do it.

You need to click on your User CP loacted on the menu bar top if page upper left corner and is a dark grey bar
Listed as User CP FAQ Rules, etc.

then click on Avatar. You can enter your won but make sure it is to the listed size.
