Where Did the Buttons On Top Go?

Where Did the Buttons On Top Go?
The buttons that usealy are on top are gone.
And when I go from one forum to another one, I have to log back in again.
But the login buttons aren't there.
And when I click on --> http://huntingnet.com/forum/m.aspx?m=3289711
I am allready logged in, but it loges me out.
Theres no where to login to make a tech post.
