pic size (gianormous)

Can anyone help with why my pics are gianormous size when I put them on the computer? I used photobucket and the image icon with the URL from there and they are huge. Here is a sample, aslo how can you delete a pic after you post it?? Thanks for any help

ok, the pic from last year is decent size, but the one from this year is too big. I posted both the same way????

You must resize the pic. Right click on one and click properties and you will see one is 614X461 and the other is 319X240 pixels. Get into the pic you want smaller and lower the pixels.
