forums stuck on 9-1-06

forums stuck on 9-1-06
When ever I log on to the board any forumI go to the post are all still 9-1-06 post. I have to hit on t the last days post to get the current days post. Plus I then can only post a NEW post one time.then I have to log off and log back on to make another NEW post.?????????????????????
