Sweepstakes problem

Every time I try to enter your weekly sweepstakes I go thru the qeustions and submit it and then... this happens .

Server error in '/' Application
Cannot insert explicit value for identity column in table
'weekly sweepstakes survey' when IDENTITY INSERT is set to OFF.

What does this mean and what can I do or can somebody else help me please.
