hi, I can't get into chat it says loading class client and loading class q but then it freezes and if i scroll up or down the advertisements smear across where chat should be, it never lets me in does anyone know why?

here is a pic it is hard to take a pic of a computer without lines running thru pic hope you can see the smearing i was talkin about.
