Picture File too large

I need some help. On several occasions I've tried to attach pictures to posts only to receive an error "file too large". Can anybody tell me if there is a way to reduce the memory size of a picture?

go tohttp://www.photobucket.com and create an account. They'll resize your pics for you and make it a lot easier to post.

Yeahphotobucket a good and easy way to do it. Another is just make the image smaller via Photoshop or some other image editing software. If you cant firgure it out PM or email me and I'll try and help you out.

Thanks! Photobucket looks like it will do the trick.

To attach a picture hosted by hunting.net you will need to ensure the size is under 100KB. There are a million programs out there that will resize a picture. Thecommon programs whichmay already be on your computeris Microsoft Paint, Photo-Editor, Photo-Manager, etc. Just resize under 100KB, attach, and then you're ready to go.

Don't waste your time trying to upload a picture by doing it on this site, you'ld be wasting your time. I've tried 100 times and I too get that crap about file to large, bunch of BS. You would think they would make it much simpler to do. Go to photobucket, it's easy and not hard like this site.

You can copy it to your desk top, right click it and open it with paint, select image and then select sketch/skew. You can then select a percentage of the image size to reduce it. You can then upload it as a smaller file. Its a bit easier than photobucket.
Hope this helps
