Password

Why can't I change my password?
Everytime I try, I get password change failed and then I get logged out.
Is there a requirement for the password, such as one number and on capital letter?
Help!

I have this same problem. The page displayed after i get logged out says "Either the feature is disabled, or you do not have sufficient permission." However, I am logged in to the system. Thanks.
