What is wrong with this?

I got internet pics to work but cant get pics that are saved to my computer to work. Any suggestions.

In "My Profile" click on 'upload my picture'. Then browse to where the pict is on your hard drive. It has to be30 kbs or less, so make sure it is not too large. You shouldn't have to type the [img] at all. HNI will automatically put that before and after for you soon as you save the changes.

Did not help because there is no upload pic in the signature area. Thanks anyway. I guess no one can answer this for me.
