Pheasant?
 

My daughter shot a couple of roosters last fall. She wanted to get them mounted but when I looked into it the going price in these parts was $350 per bird.

Does anyone have any ideas on what else we can do to display them? They are in the freezer right now. If you have pictures, please post.
