Learning Taxidermy

I would like to try my hand at taxidermy. I would like to get a book or DVD to learn the basics of taxidermy, the tools needed, and how to get started. What are the best books/DVDs to learn these basics?

Depends. What do you want to learn? What species?

I plan on starting with a raccoon and a coyote next.
