It amazes me how some people whiten the skull so soon. I've been letting mind dry for a about 6 - 7 weeks and it still has a slight oder in the brain cavity even though there is no matter left in it. The odor is getting less and less every week. One or two more weeks then I will whiten it and then let it dry for another 2 weeks before mounting it on the wood and bringing it inside the house.

Do you use 100% peroxide or delute it andwill a homeowner powerwasher blow the skull apart?

I've been told to delute it 50 / 50. I'm doing mine next weekend. Be careful with the power washer around the eyes. It can blow through the thin spots.
