Deer Mount Prices
 

What can I expect to pay for a basic shoulder mount for a buck? Got my first recently and I'd like to mount it if its not too expensive.

Anywhere from $150 for a piece of garbage that'll end up in the trash in a couple years, to $900 for very high end work. Expect to pay at least $400 plus for a decent quality mount.

That sounds about right. I can't imagine getting good quality for less than $400.00. I'm sure plenty will disagree, but their idea of quality and mine may differ. In my studio I get $450.00 for a basic shoulder mount.

shoulder mount without a panel runs 325.00 at my taxidermist,thats tanned hide ,plastic ear liners
in va.

There are probably more taxi's in PA per sq. mile than anywhere. I'm sure you can find a good one close to home.

Where are you from i am from PA and i have gotten 2 done and my buddy has gotten 8 done. THey all look good.

prices vary from different taxidermies, but mine is gonna costs 300 dollars for a shoulder mount with a plack
