carving in moose antlers
 
This was a moose that my dad and I got several years ago i thought i would have it mounted and engraved with the scene just before it was shot anybody do anything like this?

Wow...that is very neat. I've seen where they carve straight through the antler to make a design, but never where they just carved into the surface of it. Definitely cool.

The guy that did the work for me had never done this either. I just thought it would give more of a conversation piece than just a set of moose horns
