Turkey Fan ?
 

I've got a nice turkey fan from the spring. I used borax to preserve it and Itacked it on a board fanned out. I was wondering what I should do with it next? Sorry for the novice ? but I am new to the turkey world and this is my first mature bird. Also what do most of you do with the beard and spurs which I have also preserved. Any help and suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks.
