Wow did someone say LOBSTER!?!?! Hahaha, Im $650 for a shoulder mount, but I can do a helluva lot better mount then that...especially if the lobster are plentiful! Hell check my credentials...on taxidermy AND eating lobster!

This is just my point of view, but a deal is a deal...cut your losses and live up to your word. Did the guy tell you that it would be show quality before you shook hands or did you just agree that he would mount your deer, and that you would take him out hunting?

Just take the guy to some crappy location for the day(crappy service deserves crappy service). hold up your end of the bargain. Then take the deer to a real taxi and have it done right, even if you have to travel a little far it will still be worth it. Keep us updated. And consider this a lesson learned, sorry man but that is pretty much your way out. A deal is a deal.

I can vouch for Bill Yox's deer mounts and judging from the last photo I have seen of him, I would guess that lobsters aren't far down his list>>>

i think it looks massivley constipated, but thats just me. maybe the guy was just trying to recreate the look of the deer about a second after it realized it was hit.

I think he definitely showed the deer for what it is.... dead! That looks like something on the side of the road. I would double check to see if he pulled the insides out[:'(]

I agree with the rest..One question? Did you shoot this deer or run over it?..
I would keep the horns and trash the rest...

It looks all old and scruffy...

The eyes are looking forward... I'm pretty sure deer eyes dont do that unless they are cross-eyed.

The mouth looks crooked.

I wouldn't criticize the guy who did this; maybe hes a beginner. Maybe he didn't feel like doin a good job. I don't know. I would just tell the guy politely whats up...
