RE: Freeze dried

It is a tool used in taxidermy, where you remove the mass of material in an animal and wire it, and set in the glass eyesunder very cold conditions until it is propped and set the way you want it, then it is weighed and placed in a vacuum chamber under extreme cold where all the moisture is removed under a vacuum environment, when it reaches a certain weight it is removed and that is freeze dried. The cost of the machine makes it cost prohibited from most to purchase it, unless they have contracts to do fruit, bait, etc.
