frozen turkey fans

how long are frozen turkey fans good for if there is not too much meat on them? my dads friend has some from 2 years ago and have been frozen in a bag since then. Are they still good?

They should be good for at least 50 years.

The only problem you may encounter would be slight freezer burn at the base of the tail. If so, just soak it in water for a little while and it will rehydrate. There certainly won't be anything wrong with the feathers.
