Thanks guys , Western MA Hunter I used to hunt an area near Mt Greylock, It was on a road that ended with a tunaround area, and you were in a bowl with hills on a few sides and old abandoned farm land toward the other side, I believe the Greylock Greenhouses were located on this road also. This was 25 years ago so alot has escaped my mind but I remember it as a great place to hunt. Cannan Ct is a great place especially if you can get pemission on some of the estates in that area of CT (Salisbury etc). Never had much luck with that.

I hunt the land abutting Salisbury.. The lower fields / swamp. Great turkey hunting there... See alot of does during deer seaon, but have yet to see a buck yet.

I hunt the Lanesboro side of Mt. Greylock sometimes. My buddy took a nice 6 pointer there w/ the bow this year. Believe it or not, I actually saw a mountain lion on stand there 2 seasons ago!.. Up by the visitors center.
